Meet the founder

Jarkko is the founder of Havas & Co Advisory, a strategic advisory company with a focus on B2B innovation scaling challenges, based in Stockholm, Sweden.

His work is grounded in over a decade of experience spanning top-tier strategy consulting at McKinsey based in Tokyo and Brussels with projects on four continents, focusing on strategy, value creation, M&A and deal sourcing. Since then, Jarkko has led strategy and business development work in climate-tech scale-ups in Northern Europe. He brings an operator's bias for practical outcomes to every engagement.

Today, Havas & Co serves as a trusted partner to leadership teams navigating growth, commercialisation, and operational complexity, combining rigorous analysis with hands-on execution.
